1. Does AP Collectibles have a mint condition guarantee?We
ship all products in mint factory sealed packaging. Packaging conditions will
vary depending on manufacturer. For more information about conditions, please

2. What forms of payment does AP Collectibles accept?We accept:
Visa, Master Card, American Express & PayPal payments.
3. How can I update the credit card on my order?Please click here for instructions on how to update your credit card information on an existing order.
4. When will my credit card be charged for in stock purchases?For
in stock purchases, your credit card will be charged as the items are pulled
from our warehouse and prepared for shipping. The charge will be made to your
credit card usually within 24-48 hours.
5. When will my credit card be charged for pre-order or backorder/special order purchases?We will not charge your credit card until the items

6. I received an email notifying me that my credit card has been declined, what do I do?If you receive an email notifying you that your credit
card has been declined, please click here to update your credit card information.
7. When will my order ship?In stock items usually ship within 24-48
hours of when order is received and payment clears. Pre-order items will ship

8. Can I place an order containing in stock and pre-order items? Yes, you are certainly welcome to place an order containing any items from our
website. In stock items will usually ship within 24-48 hours of when the order

9. Does AP Collectibles ship to my country? We ship worldwide through
USPS which will include insurance.
10. How much does international shipping cost? The quickest and easiest
way to get an international shipping quote is to add the items you wish to purchase
to your shopping cart. Proceed through the checkout process and the the Estimate
Shipping feature to figure your costs. Please note that international shipping
and handling costs may be manually adjusted when we receive the order. We will
email you the final shipping and handling cost for your order.
11. What shipping carriers and methods does AP Collectibles use, and how much do they cost? We ship Domestic via Fed-Ex, UPS & USPS and International via
USPS, all of which will include insurance. Please refer to the shipping calculator during the check-out process to determine your shipping rate via the above carriers.
12. Why was I charged more for shipping than I was quoted when placing my order? Shipping costs will change on some items due to dimensions and
oversize carrier rates. Additionally, some orders may require that items be
shipped in multiple boxes and therefore increasing the cost of shipping. If
an order contains a combination of in stock and pre-order items, additional
shipping costs are likely to occur.
13. How do I return an item for a refund or replacement?If you receive
an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you MUST contact us within
72 hours of receipt and we will set up a return for you and provide you with
a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please do not just mail back your
order, contact us for a RGA. All items must be returned in the same way that
we sent them, unopened and same condition. We cannot accept returns on opened
or damaged items. Some items are not returnable. If the item was damaged by the
shipping carrier, we will file the claim for you or help you file the claim.
Returns must be made within 7 days of when the order was received. Items must
be received within 10 days of when return was requested. If you return an item,
you may choose to receive a refund (less shipping) or a replacement of the item
(if damaged). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns are
to be sent back at the expense of the buyer. The packing slip or a copy of it
must be included with the returned item(s). We cannot accept returns for; special
order, back order, sale / special, clearance or limited edition items. We cannot
accept returns for items that were not purchased from us. If you have any questions

We must be contacted before you send back items, so you can receive a return
confirmation number from us. Items returned without an authorization number
may be delayed up to three weeks in processing the returned item.
14. An item in my order was received damaged, what should I do?If
you receive an item that is damaged, or defective please contact us within 72
hours of receipt. You must contact us prior to sending back any item. Please
refer to our Terms page for more information about returns and exchanges.
15. May I cancel my order?Yes, you may cancel your order with certain

16. How do I check the status of my order?You can check the status
of all your orders by logging into your account, clicking on the Previous Orders
Link on the right side of the screen and then on the order number that you wish
to check. You can find the current Order Status at the bottom of the order.
17. I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?You can retrieve
your password by following the "forgot password" procedure and your login information
will automatically be emailed to the address we have on file.
18. Does AP Collectibles charge sales tax?Indiana residents will
be charged 7.0% sales tax.

20. Does AP Collectibles offer discounts on volume purchasing?AP
Collectibles does NOT offer any type of wholesale pricing at this time.
